The name of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s second child has been disclosed. Their youngest boy is named Riot Rose Mayers, according to the official birth certificate acquired by The Blast.
The moniker could refer to A$AP Ferg’s new song, “Riot.” On August 21, it was made public that the “Work” singer, 35, had given birth to the couple’s second child.
The certificate revealed that the Fenty Beauty CEO went into labor on August 1 at 7:41 a.m. at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Rihanna shockingly announced her pregnancy with Riot during the Super Bowl 2023 halftime concert in February.
When she stepped on the vast football stage, she wore a crimson attire that highlighted her developing baby belly. A$AP and the “Love on the Brain” crooner also have a son, RZA, who was born in May 2022.
“Rihanna feels her family is now complete,” a source told People last month. “It’s something she’s always wanted.” The insider added: “She loves being a mom, so this is where her mind is at the moment.”
Rihanna raved about RZA and motherhood in an interview with British Vogue earlier this year. She explained-
Oh, my God, it’s legendary. It’s everything. You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever.
She continued-
You literally try to remember it — and there are photos of my life before — but the feeling, the desires, the things that you enjoy, everything, you just don’t identify with it because you don’t even allow yourself mentally to get that far, because…Because it doesn’t matter.
