Our attempts for comment from the pair’s representatives have not yet been answered. The Messenger was the first to announce it. As we previously mentioned, last summer saw Sandoval, 40, start having illicit encounters with Leviss, 28, despite being in a committed relationship with co-star Ariana Madix.
Madix, 37, didn’t learn Sandoval was having an affair with her best friend until she found a pornographic film of Leviss on his phone in March of this year.
The co-owner of Something About Her promptly dumped the would-be rock star, and the cameras quickly returned to document the ensuing drama for the reality show’s 10th season, which is currently running.
Following the media attention on their liaison, Sandoval and Leviss each published two comments. The former pageant queen said she wants “emotional validation through intimate connections that are unhealthy.” She blamed this partly on her “patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved.”

Following that, she entered a “mental health facility.” For his part, Sandoval didn’t publicly apologize to Madix until after detractors chastised him for leaving her out of his initial admission of guilt.
After that, the bar proprietor called on Howie Mandel’s podcast to boast about his “magnetic” bond with Leviss. In addition to calling the SUR server “so awesome,” “so kind,” “smart,” “witty,” “fun,” “beautiful,” and “f-king amazing,” he also said, “I felt something that I hadn’t felt in so long, like, emotionally.”
