The singer shared on an Instagram Story on Wednesday (August 30) that a fire effect went awry during her performance at the Victorious Festival in Portsmouth, England on Sunday, but she managed to escape unscathed.
In a fan video of the event, Goulding can be heard singing “Miracle” and saying, “Ah, f-k!” as a pyrotechnic flame shoots up from the stage and appears to brush against her face.
Goulding, 36, assured her followers in her Story that she was unharmed and said, “To those enquiring I am ok! I wasn’t struck in the face by Pyro. The face is unharmed. Thank you; I love you.”
