iOS 15: Will You Be Getting the New Update?

In iOS 14.3 update Apple introduced a brilliant iPhone privacy feature and the update was rolled out to iPhone users on December 14.

Since then, 4 months have passed and now the rumours of iOS 15 have started to float around the web.

The next Big Apple event is likely to happen sometime in September.

I know there is lot of time left so before that.

These are some rumoured features that can come with the next iOS update.

Rumored iOS 15 Features

At the moment iOS 15 is rumored to make changes with the:

✅Notifications area.

✅iMessage.

✅Privacy and

✅iPad settings.

Now, let me explain what each of them would do one-by-one:

NOTIFICATION UPDATES

Notification updates will let the users set the notification preference as per their requirement.

For instance, if you’re sleep all every non-essential updates will be silent. And if you’re sleeping, all the sounds coming out of your smartphone will be disabled.

What if you’re awake and working but don’t want to get distracted? Well, in that case, you can create a custom category set up instructions as per your requirements.

This way you won’t be able to miss any important call without getting distracted.

That’s all great?

But what if, you are unavailable at any given moment? Well, for that, you can set an automated reply that will be sent automatically if you’re not answering the call.

IMESSAGE

I message when it comes to messaging WhatsApp is giving it is making it difficult to every other app available on IOS and Android I message I message.

With over 1 billion+ downloads WhatsApp is dominating the online messaging platform.

So it is quite difficult for anyone to even compete against the world’s #1 messaging platform.

Now to neutralize WhatsApp, Apple is planning to introduce some new features that can help their native messaging app compete against Whatsapp.

NEW HOME SCREEN

At the moment it isn’t possible to introduce a new home screen for your iPad

So, apple is working in this department to make sure to provide a new home screen. Not only that, once implemented, you would be able to add a Widget on the new home screen that wasn’t possible before.

PRIVACY

Today we live in a world where privacy is close to non-existent.

It doesn’t matter if you use an Android or iOS based smartphone, any app running in the background has access to your contacts, messages, private chats without your permission.

But this time, Apple had enough of all this Crap.

And with the iOS 14.3 update they released a brilliant privacy update where your iPhone/iPad notifies if any particular app is stealing your personal information without your permission.

In case you find any app violating your privacy, report it on the app store and uninstall it right away from your iPhone.
