Malcolm Brogdon Career
Brogdon was taken in the 2016 NBA draft by the Milwaukee Bucks on June 23 with the 36th overall choice. The Bucks officially announced his signing on July 30. He made his NBA debut in the 2016–17 season opening for the Bucks on October 26th. He scored 15 points, dished out 12 assists, and grabbed 11 boards in a 116-96 victory over the Chicago Bulls on December 23 for his first career triple-double.
He officially joined the Indiana Pacers on July 6, 2019, after being acquired from the Milwaukee Bucks in a sign-and-trade. He agreed to play for the Pacers for four years and $85 million. Brogdon was offered the option of being moved to the Boston Celtics or the Toronto Raptors on July 9th, 2022.
In exchange, the Celtics received Brogdon and a first-round lottery pick in 2023. His first game with the squad was a 126-117 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on October 18th, 2022.
