Just chill, babes! The relationship between Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse, intermittently since at least July 2018, has largely occurred under the radar, or more precisely, right under our eyes.
Both the Twilight actor and the Assassination Nation actress have avoided the spotlight by avoiding red-carpet appearances throughout their relationship. According to Pattinson, the British couple deliberately keeps their personal life under wraps.
“If you let people in, it devalues what love is,” the Batman actor said to The Sunday Times in 2019. You would consider it very rude if a total stranger had asked you about your relationship while you were out in public. Building a wall can improve the situation.
He continued, “I don’t get how two people can stroll down the street holding hands and not get a hundred people taking their picture, just like when I do it. You’ll go utterly crazy if you can’t tell when you’re on stage and when you’re not.

Perhaps this is why the secretive couple prefers to stay out of the limelight. There have been times when they haven’t entirely avoided it. A gold band on Waterhouse’s left ring finger has sparked engagement rumors as Pattinson and the Daisy Jones and the Six alum have been photographed on numerous private date nights in London since they began dating. Naturally, the hip couple disregarded rumors that a wedding was imminent.
