Keegan Bradle underwent a remarkable transformation, shedding an impressive 30 pounds in just five months. The professional golfer, who had reached 220 pounds from his previous weight of 190 pounds, realized the impact of his physical condition on his game during the BMW Championship.
Failing to swing optimally, Bradley recognized the need to improve his overall health and regain his optimal golf performance.
Motivated by his previous success when he was leaner, Bradley consulted with Dr. Joshua Levitt and embraced the dietary recommendations of UpWellNess, a nutritional company co-founded by Dr. Levitt and his wife Amanda.
Following a strict diet that mainly consisted of meat, Bradley eliminated vegetables, condiments, and starches from his meals, focusing on grass-fed meat, eggs, and fruits.

Sticking to the UpWellNess diet, Bradley also incorporated a cardio regimen, including stationary bike and elliptical training, along with light weightlifting.
Despite facing challenges and cravings, he remained committed to his weight loss journey, understanding its significance for his career. By mid-October, Bradley, now weighing 190 pounds again, felt a significant improvement in his swing and overall game performance.
Demonstrating his progress, Bradley secured a T-5 finish at the Sanderson Farms Championship, followed by a victory at the Sentry Tournament of Champions, earning his fifth PGA Tour title. Currently ranked second in the FedEx Cup standings, Bradley is confident and believes he is in the best position in years to achieve his goals.
While he has slightly adjusted his carnivore diet, Bradley is proud of his dedication and the positive impact it has had on his game. With renewed confidence and improved physical condition, he is poised for continued success on the golf course.
