Gunna has come home but has not yet returned to the spotlight. As part of the YSL indictment, the Atlanta rapper was named in RICO charges last year. On the other hand, his decision to accept an Alford Plea gave the image that he had abandoned and betrayed Young Thug.
Rumors have circulated that he is considering leaving the YSL label, as many of the label’s musicians have publicly snubbed him. Lil GotIt, for example, chastised Gunna for paying honor to the late Lil Keed and demanded Young Thug’s release.
Gunna appears to be waiting for the narrative to die down before releasing new songs for the most part. Still, now and then, a fresh photo appears out of nowhere, heightening anticipation for his return to the fold.
Though, a new image surfaced that surprised fans. While Gunna has been the focus of overweight jokes throughout his career, the rapper appears to have lost significant weight since his release from prison. The transformation is unbelievable.
Gunna is Back
This isn’t the first time Gunna’s weight has come up in controversy. Fans began to see his transformation behind jail in June 2022. Some rumored that it was owing to the incredible amount of stress he was under before the trial, while others believed he was likely making good use of his time by working out.
Fans are shocked by Gunna’s apparent weight drop in a new snapshot. On Tuesday (April 12), a freshly revealed photo of Gunna began circulating online. It depicts an Atlanta rapper who is significantly slimmer, trimmer, and physically fitter than he was when he, Young Thug, and 26 other members of YSL were charged with RICO charges in May of 2022.
As the photo below of Gunna posing with three other men spread on social media, many fans couldn’t help but notice that the “Pushin P” spitter has been pushing away the sweets and weights in the gym.

Aside from the recent photographs, Gunna has suggested that new music is already in the works. Last month, a fresh feel of new music surfaced, leaving fans wondering whether they care about street regulations.
The sample demonstrated Gunna’s touch, as he described “fighting it out” and denied quitting YSL. Shortly after, Bandman Kevo said he would sue Gunna for paying for a function he claims he can no longer utilize owing to the plea deal.
