Demetrius Haley was arrested on January 26, but he managed to post a $350,000 bond and was released the same day.
Before this incident, there was a case against him from 2016, where he was accused of being involved in the beating of a prisoner named Cordarrius Sledge, but the case was later dismissed in 2018.
