For the first time in the franchise’s history, characters from different NCIS series collaborate to investigate a suspicious suicide. The crossover event was initially scheduled to air on January 2, 2023.

On Monday, January 9, 2023, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. (ET/PT), the franchise special aired on the CBS television network in the US. The original Naval Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS), NCIS: Hawai’i, and NCIS: Los Angeles were featured in the three-hour event, giving fans a genuine treat.
