The logline says, “The new chapter of the groundbreaking HBO series follows Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s,”
The first season of S*x and the City was set and filmed in New York City. The HBO show was nominated for more than 50 Emmy Awards and won seven. It ran for six seasons, from June 6, 1998, to February 22, 2004. In 2008, there was a S*x and the City movie, and in 2010, there was S*x and the City 2.
Both of these movies did well at the box office. In 2016, a S*x and the City 3 was being planned, but it was said to be canceled because Kim Cattrall didn’t want to play Samantha again.
