After the second season of Demon Slayer has been completed, additional episodes will be available on Netflix by the end of January 2023. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a Japanese anime series based on author Koyoharu Gotge’s manga.
Demon Slayer’s popularity has skyrocketed since the premiere of the anime series. Since the manga’s release in February 2016, the franchise has produced approximately $8.75 billion in sales revenue, making it one of the highest-grossing media franchises in history.
Demon Slayer’s popularity has skyrocketed because of some excellent animation by Ufotable’s brilliant artists. The film Demon Slayer: Mugen Train shattered Studio Ghibli’s box office record in Japan, becoming the highest-grossing film in the country’s history.
When Will Season 2 of Demon Slayer Premiere on Netflix?
Unfortunately for Netflix users, Demon Slayer season 2 was not added on time. The anime’s second season started on Crunchyroll in 2021 and ended in February 2022.

A notice has been confirmed that Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba season 2, including all 18 episodes are available on Netflix on January 21st, 2023.

What Can Fans Expect From Demon Slayer’s Second Season?
If Demon Slayer the Movie: Mugen Train isn’t available on Netflix, fans can watch a serialized version of the Mugen Train arc in the anime instead.
After the Mugen Train segment, the anime resumes with Tanjiro and his pals visiting Yoshiwara, an infamous and unscrupulous red-light district in Edo where demons, crime, and other unsavory deeds are familiar. When many wives in the neighborhood go missing, demon activity is suspected.
It’s up to Tanjiro and a new buddy with a personal link to the enigma to solve the riddle before anyone else goes missing.

Demon Slayer Season 2 Plot
The second season picks off where the first left off, adapting the manga in its upcoming episodes. Tengen Uzui, who has the unique power to command sound, plays an important role in the second season.
The second season adapts the manga’s fan-favorite Entertainment District Arc, which leads Tanjiro to Japan’s red-light district in search of a monster that has been wreaking havoc in the area. That arc, as expected, contains some suggestive content, but the season has passed Japanese norms and practices with no revisions to the original tale.
The season also dives deeper into Hashira folklore.
